Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
